Q- WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A- You can pay via PayPal using your PayPal account or credit card.
Q- WHEN DO I GET MY LINKS?
A- You’ll get your link automatically after your purchase. If you don’t see an email from me with your links within a minute or two of your purchase, check your spam folder for an email from me. If it’s still not there, then send me an email and I’ll re-send them.
Q- HOW LONG DO THE DOWNLOADS TAKE?
A- The larger albums take anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes, depending on your internet speed. The minis and cards take anywhere from 2-20 minutes.
Q- DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR GIVE REFUNDS IF I DON’T USE THE PRODUCT?
A- No, I don’t. Due to the digital nature of the product, it is my policy not to give refunds, exchange, or accept returns on any of my products. If you have any questions about compatibility or use of the product, let me know before you purchase. My files work on any current PC or Mac, as well as any version of Photoshop.
Q- WHAT IF I HAVE TROUBLE DOWNLOADING OR OPENING THE FILES?
A- Just email me, I’ll help you out.
Q- WILL THESE TEMPLATES WORK IN Photoshop elements?
A- Yes, the templates work in all versions of Photoshop. (Yes, even elements.) In elements, you won’t have the drop down menu for creating a clipping mask. Just push Layer> Control G, and your photo will go right where it should.
Q- DO YOU HAVE PROSELECT TEMPLATES AVAILABLE?
A- Yes, all my templates are ProSelect ready when they are added to the site. (Except the Asuka versions of the Albums. I’m working on those.)
Q- WHAT IS THE 11X14 MINI ALBUM SHEET FOR?
A- The 11×14 Sheet is for those who wish to print the full sheet as an 11×14 then cut out the photos and adhere them into a small album. (As opposed to a press printed mini that is created and finished by the printing company for you.)
Q- CAN I PRINT THE MINI ALBUMS LARGER THAN 5X5?
A- I wouldn’t recommend it, your image will lose too much resolution. If you want to print 8×8 or above, I would use one of the full size albums. (Those can be sized down to any size just fine.)
